The event started with the arrival of guests by 7:30 pm, where some attendees paid and obtained their tickets at the entrance, setting the stage for a day filled with engaging activities.

Attendees who arrived early had the chance to participate in a unique opportunity to win five goats by finding a hidden envelope within the auditorium, adding an element of excitement to the event.
