With over 4000 attendees, it emerged as the largest gathering in the organization’s history, underscoring the significance of the theme, “From Agriculture to Agribusiness.”

The groundwork for the AGM was laid well in advance, reflecting YPA’s commitment to excellence. A meticulous planning session convened in the early morning involved key stakeholders, including the Managing Director, ushers, and dedicated YPA staff. This strategic approach set the stage for seamless execution throughout the day.
Arrival of Guests: Anticipation and Excitement
The crack of dawn saw eager participants streaming into the event venue, their enthusiasm palpable as they anticipated the promise of rewards for the first 100 invited guests that reached the venue. From every corner of Uganda, attendees converged upon the sprawling Kololo Independence Grounds, transforming it into a bustling hub of activity. However, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees remained paramount, prompting thorough security measures including canine sweeps and stringent checkpoints.
