THE MIGHTY YPA REAL ESTATE VISIT
Land is the number one factor of production and that makes it a focal point and basis for the greatest achievements and infrastructure we see today. Owning land has become a dream for the bigger percentage of us, something that we all would have loved to own or at least have access to for future production and meaningful endeavors. Something tangible, something to be proud of, something to leave for future generations.
The Mighty YPA Real Estate project (Fuuka Landlord) aims to revolutionize the real estate market by making land ownership accessible to everyone by having cheap and affordable plots of land and more excitingly, having flexible payment options from as low 8,500 Ugx daily with an annual plan. YESS!!, you can now own land by simply paying your dues daily.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, our recent real estate visit was the first step. The YPA real estate visit organized by the YPA real estate team made the dream of owning land a reality and bringing the dream closer at hands length. The main purpose of this visit was to show some of our eager buyers and interested individuals the vast land that YPA has in one of the hundreds of locations where YPA has estates and this was along Mpigi-Road in a fast-growing area known as Ngomanene, a “Hidden Treasure of land”
Members started arriving as early as 6 pm with staff members arriving as early as 5 am to make sure we had a successful visit ahead of us. Despite the heavy rains that poured down that morning, different individuals kept flowing in. The day kicked off by registering arriving participants and members opening up their land accounts which was a direct pass to get on the bus.
For every member that had a receipt and finished registering, got on to the bus immediately. The YPA office premises were filled with over 20 mini buses (commonly known as coasters) each setting off as soon it got full with participants eager to visit the YPA Real Estates. Not so far away from Kampala, our journey took about 2 hours to get to the promised land where we again met with a convoy of buses.
We visited the first estate labeled “Katarina Estate’, had welcoming remarks from our team and later proceeded to go and eat. We later proceeded to see the remaining 5 estates that included: Kirabo Estate, Concepta Estate, Gloria Estate, Julie Estate which was already sold out, and finally Dorcus Estate which was at the top of the hill and had breathtaking views.
We had over 10 clients paying for land that very day motivated by the 50% discount. Some booked and promised to bring the money the next day. As of today, all those that completed payments for their plots of land have received their land titles
Members were then invited to go and eat again for the second time for those that wanted to before we could head for Kampala. By 6:30 pm, we were already on our way back to Kampala with happy and satisfied members. This day marked a day for some members becoming landlords and achieving their dream of buying affordable land.
A Glimpse into the Future of Land Ownership
The YPA Real Estate visit was more than just a tour; it was a testament to the power of dreams and the potential of innovative real estate solutions. By offering affordable land options and flexible payment plans, YPA is empowering individuals to secure their financial future and create lasting legacies.
Ngomanene, a burgeoning area with immense potential, is the perfect backdrop for YPA’s vision. The region’s strategic location, coupled with its rapid development, makes it an ideal investment destination. As more and more people recognize the value of owning land, YPA is poised to lead the way in shaping the future of real estate.
