• Member Data: Retained for the duration of your membership plus 7 years for legal compliance
• Financial Records: Retained for 7 years as required by Ugandan law
• Inquiry Data: Retained for 2 years for customer service purposes

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

As a Ugandan organisation, YPA primarily stores data within Uganda. However, we may transfer data to service providers located in other countries for the purposes of IT services, payment processing, or communications.
