Nagawa Stella Wins Five Goats in an Exciting Raffle Draw

Nagawa Stella, based in The United States of America, has emerged as the winner of five goats in a thrilling raffle draw. The raffle, organized by Youth Platform Africa (YPA), has been the talk of the town for the past two weeks, creating a buzz of anticipation about who will be the lucky winner.

During a press conference held today in Kampala at YPA offices in Lubaga, the General Manager of YPA, Obed Ben, said Stella’s win has come at a time during Uganda’s need for financial independence. Ben acknowledged Stella’s unwavering commitment to earning passively in agribusiness and her win as a shining example of the possibilities within the agricultural sector. Stella’s success is not only a personal victory but also a proof of the potential that agribusiness holds for individuals. When called live on TV, Stella was overwhelmed with joy. I am so pleased that I am the lucky winner, she added.

In an exciting development, Obed Ben also announced a strategic partnership between YPA and Nexus International University. This partnership aims to provide the community with essential agribusiness skills and knowledge to foster growth and economic stability. The collaboration with Nexus International University represents a significant step forward in the promotion of agribusiness in the region, according to Ben.

During the press conference, the vice chancellor of Nexus International University, Professor Magnus Amajirionwu, emphasized the importance of investing in agribusiness, highlighting its potential for transformation, economic prosperity, and continent development. He added initiatives such as these at Youth Platform Africa where everyone can be involved in agriculture by investing through GAOTs, which will make East Africa and Africa a food hub.

Nagawa Stella and others who are willing to gain the skills of agribusiness will benefit from the agribusiness education offered at this university. This aimed to increase the knowledge among farmers to start participating in commercial farming.
The partnership between YPA and Nexus International University is a significant milestone in paving the way for a more prosperous and vibrant agricultural community in Africa
